• Takashi Noda
  CEO of Ocean Capital
  
  Takashi Noda was involved in pricing and product development, retail and wholesale business, commission and channel control, marketing and sales promotion, financial planning and reporting to US, M&A at GE Edison Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (current The Gibraltar Life Insurance Co., Ltd.). He also participated in many projects based on six sigma, and achieved excellent results. After leaving GE in 2003, he has had various successful experiences in the field of finance. In 2009, Ocean Capital was established and he became CEO. He represents the rent liability guarantee business and home electronics extended warranty business in which Ocean Capital has invested. His particular field of interest is towards business, which could be monetized by analyzing risk itself, and area around the opportunity to manage total risk.

• Katsuya Kitano
  CEO of Ocean Capital
  
  After working on projects related to offshore oil and gas fields at Mitsubishi Corporation, Katsuya Kitano joined the company, engaging in the retail loan business in which Unison Capital, a pioneer in the PE industry of Japan, had invested. As a turnaround manager, he has successfully contributed to improve corporate value through funding by securitization, M&A and marketing. After a successful exit to a major IT company, he was involved in the integration of Internet and financial system that realized a significant increase in the number of customers to companies via the Internet. In 2009, Ocean Capital was established and he became CEO. With his strong entrepreneurial spirit and skills and knowledge of business development and internet marketing, he has developed many businesses such as online completed retail loan business in Hong Kong and credit card business for beauty salons, social lending service in Japan.
